The technical committee

Executive organ within the U.C.E.C., the technical committee prepares the works of the plenary sittings and examines all propositions of activities made in the general assembly.

It is constituted out of six members each appointed by the communal authorities of the six cities, and is presided by right by the general secretary of the U.C.E.C.
